When a consumer purchases a new appliance, it comes with a factory warranty for parts and service. As Kerr’s Appliance Service, we continue to provide that warranty service for several manufacturers. That means we are factory-trained and authorized on those brands. We know how to service those products and have access to training and technical support that other non-authorized servicers do not have.
